068-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-2 - Duties of Officers
(a)
Chair. The Chair shall, when present, preside at all
meetings. The Chair shall appoint all committees, subject to confirmation of
the Board, sign the minutes of board meetings, and perform all other duties
pertaining to this office as hereinafter prescribed. The Chair shall assist the
Secretary in matters of advice and preparation of correspondence and reports as
agreed upon by the Board.
(b)
Vice-Chair. The Vice-Chair shall perform ad of the
duties prescribed for the Chair in the absence of the Chair.
(c)
Secretary. The
Secretary shall, with the assistance of such staff as may be required, conduct
and care for all the correspondence of the Board, keep and sign the minutes of
all the meetings, keep all books and records as herein provided, sign all
certificates issued, and review all financial statements. The Secretary or
staff shall be in possession of the official seal and shall affix the same to
all certificates of licensure and other official documents. This officer or
staff shall also provide notice of the time and place of all meetings of the
Board, including an agenda of items to be discussed, to each member of the
Board. This officer or staff shall prepare the annual report of the Board as
required by law and cause the same to be distributed as the Board may
direct.
