072-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-1 - Notification of Decision; Request for Hearing and Notice
(a) Any Member who receives notification from
the System of a decision which adversely affects the Member shall be entitled
to a hearing before the Board or before a hearing officer designated by the
Board, if the Member requests a hearing in writing within thirty (30) days from
the date of receipt of such notice.
(b) A hearing shall be scheduled within a
reasonable period following receipt of such request at a date and time mutually
convenient for the Member and the Presiding Officer. If the Member and the
Presiding Officer are unable to agree on a hearing date and time, the System
shall set the hearing date and time. The System shall give reasonable written
notice of the hearing, but not less than ten (10) days prior to the
hearing.
(c) Computation of time:
the computation of any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules or
any applicable statutes shall be in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6(a)
and (d) of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
