075-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-3 - Denial, Suspension and Revocation
Failure to comply with any provision of these Rules shall be grounds for denial of an outfitter or professional guide license or any other discipline to include, but not limited to, suspension for a period not to exceed three (3) years or revocation of any outfitter or professional guide license issued by the Board. Suspension and revocation proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act W.S. 16-3-101 et seq. and these rules of the Board.
