079-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-12 - Failure to Renew
(a) A licensee who
fails to renew a license shall have one (1) calendar year from the expiration
date to renew the expired license by submitting the following to the Board;
(i) The renewal application,
(ii) Documentation of any continuing
education hours that may be required,
(iii) Both the renewal fee and the late
fee.
(b) A licensee who
fails to renew the licensure by the December 31 expiration date and continues
to practice, is unlawfully practicing without a license, subject to the
penalties provided for violation(s) of the Wyoming Nursing Home Administrators
Act, including
W.S.
33-22-110 and shall apply for re-licensure in
order to legally practice nursing home administration in the State of
Wyoming.
