079-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-5 - License Renewal
All licenses issued by the Board expire on December 31 of each year.
(a) The Board shall mail a
renewal application to active licensees at their address of record no later
than thirty (30) days before the license expiration date.
(b) In order to avoid paying a late fee
license renewal applications with appropriate fee and documentation must be
postmarked no later than the expiration date.
(c) Failure to receive notice for renewal of
license from the Board shall not excuse a licensee from the requirement for
renewal under the Act or this chapter.
