206-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-3 - Board
(a) Each appointed member of the Board shall
serve for a term of three (3) years. Terms shall be staggered on a three year
cycle.
(b) In the event a Board
member is unable to fulfill his/her duties, the Governor shall appoint someone
to complete the unexpired term.
(c)
The Board shall meet regularly, and at least annually.
(d) The Board shall annually conduct an
election of officers, including president and vice-president.
(e) The Board shall establish criteria for
grant selection.
