206-25 Wyo. Code R. §§ 25-6 - Method of Reimbursement
Involved school districts remaining after the organization shall submit reimbursement claims to the Department within ninety (90) days of the date of signing the final consolidation agreement. Each reimbursement claim shall include copies of invoices from practitioners describing the work done and showing the professional fees charged, and proof of payment by the district. The Department shall reimburse involved school districts submitting qualified reimbursement claims in equal amounts over a period not to exceed three (3) fiscal years. At the discretion of the Department, however, reimbursement may be made in single payments to involved districts within sixty (60) days of receipt of districts' qualified reimbursement claims.
