206-36 Wyo. Code R. §§ 36-2 - General Provisions
(a) No grant
awarded shall exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) for any
two-year grant period. Expenses in the first year of the grant period shall not
exceed one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00);
(b) Grants under this chapter are available
only to school districts to fund curricular development and program design
costs, employ certified teachers to provide course instruction and to purchase
equipment and supplies necessary for program delivery.
(c) Grant awardees shall submit to the
Department a final activities report no later than June 30 of the final fiscal
year of the grant cycle. The activities report shall include amounts of grant
funds that the awardee spent on approved educational program improvement or new
program implementation.
(d) Grant
awards are limited by available funding.
(e) The department may monitor any grant
awardee at any time during the grant term.
(f) Any school district receiving funds under
W.S.
21-13-337 for career and technical supplies,
materials and equipment shall be ineligible to receive a grant under this
chapter for the period the district receives funds under
W.S.
21-13-337.
