206-49 Wyo. Code R. §§ 49-2 - [Effective until 8/1/2025] Definitions
(a) "Average Daily Membership (ADM)" for
school year 2024-2025 and school year 2025-2026 means the ADM calculation in
W.S.
21-13-309 that is used in the education
resource block grant model for funding each school year.
(b) "Department" means the Wyoming Department
of Education.
