206-49 Wyo. Code R. §§ 49-4 - [Effective until 8/1/2025] Reporting
(a) As a condition of receiving these funds,
participating districts and state authorized charter schools shall provide
qualitative and quantitative data identifying the impact of program
implementation in the form and manner specified by the Department during the
grant performance period.
(b)
Districts and state authorized charter schools determined to be noncompliant
with the reporting requirement in section
4(a) may lose their
eligibility to participate in the grant program and may be required to return
any funds received under this program.
