251-11 Wyo. Code R. §§ 11-1 - Definitions
(a) "Artificial insemination" means the
deposit of semen into the genital tract of a female food animal, equine, or
companion animal by transcervical methods.
(b) "Artificial insemination technician"
means a person who has a valid and current permit issued by the Board to
perform artificial insemination of a food animal, equine, or companion
animal.
