251-11 Wyo. Code R. §§ 11-4 - Renewal
(a) Permits shall be renewed annually as
required by Chapter 13 of these rules.
(b) A former permittee who did not renew the
permit within sixty (60) days of expiration shall be considered a new
applicant.
