252-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-12 - Contested Case Hearing
The hearing officer shall preside over the contested case hearing which shall be conducted pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Office of Administrative Hearings rules concerning contested case proceedings incorporated by reference in Chapter 1.
