002-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-3 - Merger of Foreign Corporation
Whenever a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall be a party to a statutory merger permitted by the laws of the state or country of incorporation, it shall within thirty (30) days after a merger becomes effective, file with the Secretary of State a certificate of evidence current dated within sixty (60) days prior to filing in this office.
