Agencies shall obtain supplies, materials and services in accordance with state statutes and the requirements outlined in the Purchasing Procedures Manual. This Manual shows the current procurement dollar thresholds and the corresponding requirements for each level. A printed version of the Manual is available from the Procurement Section. The Manual is also available at the A &I website: http://ai.state.wy.us.
