010-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-3 - Qualifications of an Applicant
(a) An applicant
must submit:
(i) Completed funding request
form two (2) weeks prior to a Council meeting; (Projects with statewide or
national impact will be given priority.) and
(ii) Any additional information required by
the Council.
(b) The
Council staff may:
(i) Provide the applicants
with information concerning the Council and the application procedure;
and
(ii) Use discretion in
forwarding applications to the Council.
