020-2 Wyo. Code R. § 2-3 - Definitions
(a) "Permit Proceeding" means all components
and parts of the statutory and regulatory process required by the Act; the
Rules and Regulations of the Council and these rules are initiated by the
filing of an application and is terminated by the final order which grants or
rejects a permit.
(b) "Presiding
Officer" means the Chairman of the Council or another person designated by the
Chairman with the consent of the Council to serve as presiding
officer.
