020-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-1 - Authority
These rules and regulations are adopted by the Environmental Quality Council and the Administrator of the Land Quality Division pursuant to the authority granted the Council and the Administrator by the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act, Sections 35-11-101 through 35-11-1106, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, as amended. These rules and regulations are effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
