020-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-3 - Temporary Suspension - New Permits For Commercial Facilities
On and after the effective date of this rule, the director shall not issue permits for commercial solid waste management facilities. This permit suspension shall continue until the Environmental Quality Council promulgates rules and regulations providing for resumption of permitting by the director.
