021-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-2 - Census Report Forms

(a) The following census report forms will be used:

(i) County Treasurers Abstract Statement (F-66)(WY-l)

(ii) County Clerks Abstract Statement (F-66)(WY-la)

(iii) Annual City or Town Financial Report (F-66)(WY-2)

(iv) Special Purpose Districts

(A) Special Agencies (F-32)

(B) Major Special Agencies (F-66-WY-4)

(b) A copy of the appropriate form may be obtained from the state department of audit, public funds division.

(c) If additional or supplemental information is required by the director, the department will provide the necessary forms for uniform reporting.
