041-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-2 - Appeals from Decisions
(a) If any party is
aggrieved by any decision of the department, that party may appeal said
decision to the Wyoming Electrical Board [hereafter Board], or the Wyoming
Council on Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety [hereafter Council], in
accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board or Council, whichever is
applicable.
