044-34 Wyo. Code R. § 4 - Certification Not Required
No cancer policy shall contain a provision which requires, as a prerequisite to an insurer's liability under such policy, any board certification of any pathologist, radiologist, chemotherapist, or any physician involved in the diagnosis, treatment or care of the insured, as long as the pathologist, radiologist, chemotherapist, or physician has otherwise been duly licensed as a doctor of medicine and is in good standing in the medical community.
