048-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-2 - Purpose and Applicability
(a) This Chapter
has been adopted to govern the definitions for all other chapters of the
Wyoming Department of Health Medicaid Rules which come into effect on or after
the effective date of this Chapter.
(b) The incorporation by reference of any
external standard is intended to be the incorporation of that standard as it is
in effect on the effective date of this Chapter.
