048-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-3 - General Provisions
(a) This Chapter is
intended to be read in conjunction with the Prescription Drug Assistance Act,
2002 Wyoming Senate Bill No. 34, to be codified as
W.S.
42-4-118, and the Wyoming Medicaid Rules,
except as set forth below.
(b) In
accordance with Section
1 of
2002 Wyoming Senate File 34, W.S. W.S.
W.S.
42-4-118(a), nothing in this
Chapter shall be construed as providing an individual with an entitlement to
this program.
