049-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-12 - Suspension or Revocation of Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) Endorsement (for Residential Treatment Centers)
(a) If the
organization fails to comply with these rules (Chapter 10, Section
2(d) ), the DFS Certifying
Authority may suspension or revoke the QRTP Endorsement.
