049-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-6 - Discontinuation of Services
(a) No provider
shall discontinue service under the certification without providing the
certifying authority a thirty (30) day notice of intent to discontinue
service.
(b) When a provider
discontinues operation, the certification shall be considered invalid and the
certificate must be surrendered to the certifying authority within thirty (30)
days of closure.
