053-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-4 - Amendments to Rules and Regulations
(a) The Commission
has the authority under Section
27-11-105(b)
(ii)
of the Act to devise,
formulate, adopt, amend and repeal rules and regulations promulgated under the
Act.
(b) In the event of conflict
among any such standards, the Commission shall take the action necessary to
eliminate the conflict, including the amendment or revocation of a rule or
regulation, so as to assure the greatest protection of the health and safety of
the employees and employers affected by the Act.
