053-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-6 - Vehicles
All vehicles over 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight parked on location shall be immobilized to prevent rolling. The use of the vehicle's transmission, emergency brake or parking brake does not fulfill this requirement.
