053-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-6 - Limitation on Services
(a) DVR will
provide only those services determined by DVR to be reasonably related to the
vocational rehabilitation of the client, as explained and stipulated in the
client's IPE.
(b) Maintenance or
transportation shall never be the sole benefit conferred on a client.
