085-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-5 - Funding Limitations
(a) Funding shall
be provided on a reimbursement basis according to the terms set forth in a
Contract or Grant Agreement.
(b)
Funding shall otherwise be provided as described in W.S. 9-12-1510.
