Whether a claimant is entitled to disability benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act if he has a physical or mental impairment that has lasted or can be expected to last at least 12 months, but his inability to engage in substantial gainful activity by reason of that impairment has not lasted or cannot be expected to last 12 months. 2. Whether a claimant under Title II may be under a disability and entitled to a trial work period if at the time his disability insurance benefits claim is adjudicated, his impairment no longer prevents him from performing substantial gainful activity.
