Extension of Active Duty Term for Attending Physician at United States Capitol
Pub. L. 118–31, div. A, title V, § 502, Dec. 22, 2023, 137 Stat. 240, provided that:
“The present incumbent Attending Physician at the United States Capitol shall be continued on active duty until six years after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 22, 2023].”
