inheritors
Inheritors are individuals who receive either part or all of an estate according to a testator’s will or according to familial descent laws which govern legal heirs, in cases in which there is no will or trust. Inheritor’s receive their inheritance from the executor of the will or trust upon the death of their benefactor.
