Ala. Admin. Code r. 80-1-8-.04 - Requirements For Selling And Processing Animal Waste
(1) Any person processing for sale, selling
or manufacturing for sale any animal waste as defined in this Chapter, to be
used as a commercial feed or feed ingredient, must comply with all provisions
of the commercial feed law as provided under Code of Ala.

to include licensing.
(2) Any
animal waste as defined in this Chapter that is sold or offered for sale as a
commercial feed or feed ingredient as defined in Code of Ala.
1975, §
2-21-17(2) and
(9) above, shall, along with meeting the
requirements of the commercial feed law, also meet all of the requirements of
this Chapter.
(3) Any animal waste
used as a commercial feed or feed ingredient must be processed as defined in
this Chapter prior to its being sold or offered for sale.
