15 AAC 112.230 - Authority to delegate
(a) The board may delegate its authority
under 15 AAC 112.110 -
15 AAC 112.360 to a public
official as the board's designee. A delegation of authority must be in
writing.
(b) The board may revoke
authority that it has delegated. The revocation must be in writing.

Even though the amendment to 15 AAC 112.230 was effective 5/21/2016, it was not published until Register 219, October 2016.
