5 AAC 21.205 - Seaward boundary of Kamishak Bay District

The seaward boundary of the Kamishak Bay District is three nautical miles seaward from the shoreline between a point on the west shore of Cook Inlet at approximately 59° 46.15' N. lat., 153° 00.70' W. long., and Cape Douglas at approximately 58° 51.10' N. lat., 153° 15.07' W. long., including a line three nautical miles seaward from the shorelines of Augustine Island and Shaw Island, and including the line demarking all state waters shown on National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Nautical Chart Number 16640, 23rd Edition, July 5, 1997, hereby adopted by reference.
