Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-2-501 - Tuberculosis Control and Eradication Procedures

A. Procedures for tuberculosis control and eradication in cattle, bison, and goats shall be as prescribed in 9 CFR Part 77 as revised on January 1, 2018. B. Cattle or bison willfully exposed to quarantined cattle or bison are not eligible for the tuberculosis depopulation indemnity provided in A.R.S. § 3-1745.

R12-4-406 shall be as prescribed in 9 CFR 77 Subpart C as revised on January 1, 2018. C. Procedures for tuberculosis control and eradication in cervidae not listed as restricted live wildlife in A.A.C.
