Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 511 - Approved Testing Methods of Comparable Accuracy
(a)
Each of the testing methods listed in this section is approved for use as an
acceptable method of analysis for the determination of the components of milk,
cream, bulk milk, products of milk, or products resembling milk products and
shall be conducted by procedures and equipment outlined in the 18th edition of
the Official Methods of Analysis of the Association of Official Analytical
Chemists International, which is incorporated by reference.
