Original Rule entitled "Practice, Responsibility, Functions of Licensed Practical Nurses" was filed on February 5, 1982; effective February 25, 1982. Amended: Rule 400-2-.11 renumbered as 400-2-.12, and Rule 400-2-.10 entitled "Exemptions," renumbered as 400-2-.11. Filed April 22, 1983; effective May 12, 1983. Repealed: New Rule of same title adopted. F. Jun. 13, 1989; eff. July 3, 1989. Amended: F. Dec. 30, 1991; eff. Jan. 19, 1992. Repealed: New Rule entitled "Practice, Responsibility, Functions of Licensed Practical Nurses" adopted. F. May 19, 1994; eff. June 8, 1994. Repealed: F. Oct. 20, 2015; eff. Nov. 9, 2015.
