10 IAC 1.5-4-7 - Receivership or bankruptcy; trustee as claimant

Sec. 7.

(a) When a person, as defined in IC 32-34-1-15 [IC 32-34-1 was repealed by P.L. 141-2021, SECTION 19, effective July 1, 2021.], is in receivership or in bankruptcy, the receiver or trustee in bankruptcy is the proper claimant upon the presentment of certified copies of the entry of appointment.
(b) Payment will not be made to the owner after due notice has been received by the attorney general from the receiver, the trustee in bankruptcy, or the court in which execution has been levied.
