105 IAC 7-1-33 - Severability of rule

Sec. 33.

If any provision of this rule or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or usage of this rule, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or usage, and to this end, the provisions of this rule are declared to be severable.
