Sec. 4.

"Beneficial organism" means a parasitoid, a predator, an antagonist, a competitor, a biologically specific pathogen, or a similar living entity which is used for one (1) or more of the following purposes:

(1) To provide biological control of a pest or pathogen.
(2) To benefit pollination.
(3) To benefit agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, or sylvaculture.
