Sec. 9.
(a) An owner
or operator shall maintain a copy of the cement job log at the well site and
available for inspection by the division during drilling operations. The cement
job log must include the following:
(1) The
type of cement listing the type and amount of any additive.
(2) The volume.
(3) Yield and density in pounds per gallon of
the cement.
(4) The amount of
cement returned to the surface, if any.
(5) Cementing procedural information must
include:
(A) a description of the pumping
rates in barrels per minute;
(B)
pressures in pounds per square inch;
(C) duration in minutes; and
(D) sequence of events during the cementing
operation.
(b)
An owner or operator shall submit a copy of the cement job log to the division
with the well completion report as required by section 14 of this
rule.
