312 IAC 29-3-6 - Confidentiality of well information

Sec. 6.
Upon written request by the operator the following information shall be held confidential by the division for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion of a well for oil and gas purposes:
(1) The driller's log and completion report,
including all completion information accompanying the completion
report.
(2) The geophysical or
instrumental logs.
(3) Drill
cuttings or cores.
(4) Well
production information submitted in accordance with
312 IAC 29-25-1.
