312 IAC 9-2-10 - Violations of law or license terms; revocations

Sec. 10.

(a) The director may suspend, revoke, or deny a license for failure by a license holder to comply with the law or a term of the license under IC 4-21.5.

(b) A violation of a license issued under this article is a violation of this article and IC 14-22-6-1.
