Sec. 19.

The following species of mammals are endangered and are subject to the protections provided under IC 14-22-34-12:

(1) Indiana myotis (Myotis sodalis).
(2) Gray myotis (Myotis grisescens).
(3) Evening bat (Nycticeius humeralis).
(4) Allegheny woodrat (Neotoma magister).
(5) Swamp rabbit (Sylvilagus aquaticus).
(6) Franklin's ground squirrel (Spermophilus franklinii).
(7) Little brown bat (Myotis lucifugus).
(8) Northern long-eared myotis (Myotis septentrionalis).
(9) Tri-colored bat (Perimyotis subflavus).
