Sec. 10.

At the conclusion of all appeals taken, or if no appeal is taken, upon determination by the division of the merits of a complaint, a personal services attendant found to have committed neglect, abuse, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property of an individual in need of self-directed in-home care shall be placed on the state nurse aide registry referred to in IC 16-28-13.
