68 IAC 15-9-2 - Key control over tip boxes

Sec. 2.
The casino licensee shall submit procedures relating to the controls over access to the key for removing tips and gratuities in accordance with 68 IAC 11-7. These procedures shall include, at a minimum, the following:
(1) A list of authorized occupational
licensees who have access to the key.
(2) A key control log that shall be completed
prior to a person checking out the key. The key control log shall contain, at a
minimum, the following information:
(A) The
date and time the key is checked out.
(B) The signature of the members of the tip
count team who receive the key.
(C)
The reason for accessing the key.
(D) The time the key is returned.
(3) Location where the casino
licensee shall store the key.
(4)
Any other procedures deemed necessary by the executive director or the
commission to ensure compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this
title.
