856 IAC 3-2-5 - Wholesale drug distributor license

Sec. 5.

(a) The board shall issue a wholesale drug distributor license to applicants that qualify under IC 25-26-14.

(b) The wholesale drug distributor license shall contain the name, address, and license number of the licensee, the amount of fee paid, and the expiration date of the license. The licensee shall maintain the wholesale drug distributor license in a readily retrievable manner and shall permit inspection of the license by any official, agent, or employee of the board.
