856 IAC 7-5-2 - Required time period for destruction

Sec. 2.

The frequency of drug destruction can be determined by the entity that runs the take back programs as determined by need and volume, but destruction must occur at least on a quarterly basis to ensure drugs are not stored indefinitely and do not pose a threat to public health and safety.
